What we collect

• Your account details (name, email) so you can sign in.
• What you ask the team to do, and the work it produces for you.
• Accounts you connect (like Stripe or Shopify), so the team can act for you.
• Basic usage and billing records, so credits and plans work.

How we use it

Only to run the service: to do the work you ask for, support you, bill you correctly, and keep the platform safe. That's it.

How we keep it separate and safe

Each company's data is isolated from every other account at the database level, encrypted, and reachable only by the service acting on your behalf. Secrets and connected-account keys are stored encrypted and never shown back to anyone.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't share it with other customers.
• We don't use your private business data to train public AI models.

Your choices

You can export your work, disconnect any account, or delete your data by closing your account. Ask us anything at hello@stellaceo.com.

Service providers

We use trusted infrastructure and AI providers to run the service (for example cloud hosting and language-model APIs). They process data only to deliver the service and are bound to keep it confidential.
