These are the simple rules for using Stellaceo. We've kept them in plain English. Using the service means you agree to them.
What you get
An AI team that does work for you — building sites, writing content, running ads, answering customers and more — within the limits of your plan and credits.
Your account
- Keep your login details safe; you're responsible for activity on your account.
- Use the service legally and don't abuse it (no spam, fraud, or harming others).
- You must be allowed to use any accounts you connect.
Credits, plans and billing
Credits are one currency for paid actions. Chatting is free. You're shown a typical price before an action and charged the real cost after. Plans renew until you cancel, which you can do any time. See the credits page for how it works.
Refunds
- If something fails because of us — a technical or network fault on our side — we refund those credits.
- We don't refund for subjective taste (for example "I didn't like the design").
- A task that waits because it needs you to connect, approve, or supply something isn't a failure and isn't refunded — it just waits for you.
Your work
The work the team makes for you is yours. You can export it and take it anywhere. You keep the rights to your own content and brand.
Availability
We work hard to keep the service up, but we can't promise it's perfect every second. We may update or improve features over time.
